This equipment is designed for the reception, cooling, and refrigerated storage of milk, as well as other liquids with viscosity similar to that of milk.
The milk cooling tank is equipped with an internal heat-insulated closed milk vessel, a two-section single-wall lid with a built-in product inlet connection (DN 35), a gear motor with a frame agitator and a spray nozzle for automated cleaning, as well as a 50 mm stainless steel drain valve.
The unit is supplied with a Freon refrigeration агрегат, the tubular evaporator of which is soldered to the outer surface of the milk vessel.
The milk cooling tank is made of food-grade stainless steel.
