The module is designed for forming “Chechil” and braided cheese strands of various diameters, ranging from 3 to 20 mm.
The module is connected to a twin-screw machine for feeding cheese mass into the dosing unit with melting and kneading functions. The cheese dough inside the twin-screw machine is fed through an adapter to the strand-forming device.
The strand-forming device is equipped with adjustable feed speed. Adjustment of heating modes, screw rotation speed, and the speed of the pulling rollers of the forming device is carried out from the control panel.
