This equipment (cheese-making unit) is designed for the production of soft and hard cheeses, as well as sour cream with subsequent packaging into plastic cups.
The set is a ready-made solution for a mini cheese dairy intended for the production of Pasta Filata group soft cheeses with manual forming, such as Adyghe cheese, bryndza, ricotta, mozzarella, suluguni, and chechil, as well as for the production of hard cheeses including Russian, Dutch, Poshekhonsky, and others.
