This equipment is designed for circulation cleaning and disinfection of equipment at dairy industry enterprises.
The set includes a two-section tank mounted on a common support frame, an IPKS-017-ONTs-6.3/20(N) centrifugal pump, a piping system with shut-off valves, and a control unit.
The tank sections are thermally insulated from each other, allowing the temperature of the solution in each section to be set and controlled independently.
The centrifugal pump and the piping system with shut-off valves ensure the supply and circulation of cleaning and disinfecting solutions through the equipment undergoing sanitary treatment, as well as the return of these solutions back into the tank sections after the cleaning process is completed.
For convenient movement around production facilities, the support frame is fitted with castors and a handle.
All components of the circulation cleaning equipment set are made of food-grade stainless steel.
