The continuous-flow plate pasteurizer-cooler is designed for rapid heating, short-term holding, and subsequent cooling of milk, cream, juices, drinking water, and other liquid products with similar viscosity.
The equipment set includes a pasteurization column with a pressure gauge for monitoring the heating medium pressure, a pressure gauge for measuring product outlet pressure, a heat exchanger plate section for milk regeneration and cooling, a balance tank with a valve-float mechanism, an electromechanical divert valve for switching product flows during pasteurization, a centrifugal milk pump, a holding tube for pasteurized milk, a centralized electronic control unit, and a unified support platform.
In units with model indexes “C”, “G”, and “CG”, the shut-off and connection system allows the installation of a separator and/or a homogenizer. All models also provide the possibility of CIP cleaning.
The unit is equipped with an electronic control unit for automatic maintenance, adjustment, and monitoring of the pasteurization temperature. Its distinctive feature is the integration of an electronic recording controller designed for temperature measurement and control, divert valve operation, and recording measured temperature values in built-in flash memory with real-time and calendar reference.
For data export to external storage, the controller is equipped with a USB interface. All required process control information is displayed on the controller screen in both text and graphic formats.
In addition, the controller is equipped with an RS485 interface for communication with a computer. This makes it possible to monitor temperature graphs on a computer screen, retrieve archived records, and save or print data in various formats.
