The unit is designed for mixing minced meat and other chopped food products. The mixer is equipped with a paddle-type mixing device that ensures uniform blending of the product.
The lid is made of transparent acrylic, allowing visual monitoring of the mixing process. It is mounted on the frame and fitted with a safety interlock.
The design provides easy and convenient tilting of the bowl for unloading the product, secure фиксацию in the tilted position, and the possibility of operating the agitator in this position to remove product residues.
