The unit is designed for mixing minced meat and other chopped food products. The mixer is equipped with a paddle-type mixing device that ensures uniform blending of the product.
The lid is made of transparent acrylic, allowing visual monitoring of the mixing process. It is mounted on the frame and fitted with a safety interlock.
The design provides easy and convenient tilting of the bowl for unloading the product, as well as secure fixation in the tilted position.
The frame design allows the finished minced meat to be discharged directly into a standard 100 L trolley placed next to the tilted bowl.
The unit is made of food-grade stainless steel.
