The 700 L electric cheese-making vat is designed for the production and processing of cheese grain in the manufacture of soft and hard cheeses.
The unit is equipped with a rotating planetary curd knife for cutting the cheese curd, forming the cheese grain, and stirring it during processing.
The design includes two removable single-wall lids, a 35 mm top product inlet connection, a spray nozzle for CIP cleaning, a 100 mm stainless steel drain valve, and an electronic control unit for automatic maintenance, adjustment, and monitoring of the product and heat-transfer medium temperature.
Product heating is carried out by built-in electric heating elements or by a steam injector (for model IPKS-022P(N)).
The cheese-making vat is made of food-grade stainless steel.
