This equipment is designed for the reception, cooling, and chilled storage of milk, as well as other liquids with viscosity similar to milk.
The milk cooling tank is equipped with an internal heat-insulated vessel, two top lids mounted on gas struts, a gear motor with a frame agitator for mixing the cooled product, a 35 mm top product inlet connection, a 50 mm stainless steel drain valve, and two spray nozzles for automated cleaning.
The unit is supplied with a Freon refrigeration system, the tubular evaporator of which is soldered to the outer surface of the inner vessel.
The milk cooling tank is made of food-grade stainless steel.
