This equipment is designed for the reception, cooling, and chilled storage of milk, as well as other liquids with viscosity similar to milk.
The milk cooling tank is equipped with an internal heat-insulated vessel, an agitator, spray nozzles for automated cleaning, lids, and a DN 50 stainless steel drain valve.
The unit is supplied with a Freon refrigeration system, the tubular evaporator of which is soldered to the outer surface of the milk vessel.
The milk cooling tank is made of food-grade stainless steel.
