This equipment is used in cottage cheese production for self-pressing and mechanical pressing of curd clot, forming and pre-pressing of cheese blocks, as well as for removing liquid from other products.
The curd press trolley is equipped with removable screw press devices and removable metal grids to ensure drainage of whey or other liquid. The unit features four swivel castors with brakes, each with a diameter of 125 mm, as well as a folding handle for convenient movement around the production area.
The equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel.
