This equipment is designed for butter production by the batch churning of cream.

The butter maker is equipped with a paddle-type mixing device for efficient mechanical treatment of the butter grain, as well as a valve for buttermilk drainage.

The bowl is fitted with a tightly sealed transparent plastic lid, allowing visual monitoring of all stages of the technological process.

The unit features four swivel castors with brakes, each with a diameter of 100 mm, making it easy to move around the production area when necessary.

The butter maker is made of food-grade stainless steel.

The butter yield from 32 kg of cream with 38% fat content is 16.7 kg of “Krestyanskoe” butter with 72.5% fat content, excluding losses. The time from the start of churning to the formation of butter grain is 45–60 minutes.
