This equipment is designed for storing pre-cooled food raw materials and finished products at a medium-temperature range of -5 to +10 °C.
The medium-temperature cold room is assembled from polyurethane foam panels with an 80 mm thick thermal insulation layer. The panels are coated on both sides with a durable polymer finish.
The chamber is equipped with a Polair MM monoblock refrigeration unit that provides a medium-temperature storage mode.
Its key features include a convenient modular knock-down design, a reinforced floor with a permissible static load of up to 1500 kg/m², and an overlay door fitted with a special lock and a silicone gasket along the perimeter.
