This equipment is designed for stuffing sausages, frankfurters, and other sausage products, as well as for dosing pâtés, sausage cheese, cottage cheese, and other homogeneous products into synthetic casings.
The rotary vacuum sausage filler is intended for portion filling of artificial and natural casings with minced meat or other homogeneous products such as pâtés, processed cheese, cottage cheese, jam, and similar products.
The high product pressure generated by the rotation of the rotor with 12 movable blades, together with the vacuum created inside the rotor housing, ensures dense and uniform filling of the casings.
The filler is supplied with three stuffing nozzles of 14, 20, and 38 mm in diameter, and, upon request, may additionally be equipped with a 54 mm nozzle, a vacuum gauge, and a medium separation chamber designed to prevent minced product from entering the vacuum pump.
The filling dose is regulated by the duration of pressing the start lever. For portioned stuffing, the filler can be connected to a clipper equipped with a dose sensor. The unit is compatible with and can be easily integrated with industrial clippers of various brands.
If required, the filler can be retrofitted at the manufacturer’s facility with the IPKS-044(N) twisting device (provided that the control unit is replaced with IPKS-047PBU), resulting in the IPKS-047MP(N) filler-twister model.
The equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel.
