This equipment is designed for the accumulation and storage of liquids, as well as for the preparation of medium-viscosity mixtures in the food, chemical, and perfume and cosmetics industries.
The IPKS-053-630M(N) process tank is equipped with a mixing device in the form of an inclined frame agitator driven by a gear motor.
The tank features a two-section top lid. The fixed section is fitted with a gear motor, a 35 mm angled connection for top product inlet, and a spray nozzle for CIP cleaning.
To ensure tight sealing, the hinged section of the lid is fitted with a silicone gasket along its edge.
The unit is supplied with a stainless steel valve with a 50 mm passage diameter.
The process tank with agitator is made of food-grade stainless steel.
