The pneumatic cheese press is designed for pressing cheese heads in molds.
Under the action of compressed air supplied to the press, the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder applies force to the cheese mold, causing the cheese mass to compact.
A distinctive feature of this press is the ability to regulate the pressing pressure by means of an integrated filter-regulator.
Constant pressure in the pneumatic cylinder makes it possible to obtain cheeses with a uniform dense curd structure and to form a closed surface layer on the cheese heads.
To increase the number of cheeses pressed simultaneously, the IPKS-058-02(N) press may be used additionally; this version is not equipped with a filter-regulator.
To install more than two molds in the press, additional inserts are required and are manufactured upon separate order.
The equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel.
