This equipment is designed for mixing components and melting cheese mass in the production of processed cheese.
The cheese melter features a cylindrical body surrounded concentrically by a steam jacket. Inside the body, along its axis, there is a paddle-type mixing device that ensures efficient blending of the melted mass and prevents it from sticking to the inner surface of the melter.
The finished product is discharged by reverse rotation of the motor through a DN 100 stainless steel valve located at the bottom of the body.
Heating of the cheese mass is carried out by supplying steam into the cylindrical jacket of the melter. The temperature of the product inside the unit is monitored by means of a bimetallic thermometer.
The loading hatch located on the top of the body is equipped with a safety interlock that switches off the gear motor when the hatch is opened during operation.
The cheese melter is made of food-grade stainless steel.
