The unit is designed for dosing liquid and viscous products into containers of various shapes and sizes.
The filling machine is equipped with an impeller pump that feeds the product from the customer’s supply tank to filling nozzles adjustable in height above the worktable, as well as with sensors detecting the presence of containers under the nozzles.
Its distinctive features include removable nozzle heads designed to prevent splashing when dosing liquid and low-viscosity products, as well as smooth dose adjustment in the range from 15 to 9000 ml from the control panel.
The machine for filling liquid and viscous products is made of food-grade stainless steel.
