This equipment is designed for packaging food products in heat-shrink film, specifically for carrying out the heat-shrinking process of products pre-packed in shrink film.
Structurally, the blancher (heat-shrink tank) is a deep-drawn tank mounted in a rectangular frame and thermally insulated on the sides.
The bottom of the tank is fitted with three tubular electric heaters. Inside, there is a flat mesh platform that moves vertically and is used for placing products packed in heat-shrink film.
To ensure smooth lifting and lowering of the platform, the manual drive mechanism located on the right side of the blancher is equipped with a gas strut.
The automatic control unit allows the temperature of the heat-transfer medium to be set and maintained for extended periods.
The blancher is made of food-grade stainless steel.
