The unit is designed for filling and sealing liquid and viscous products into polystyrene cups with capacities of 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, and 0.5 L and rim diameters of 75 and 95 mm. Sealing is carried out by thermal sealing of the cup rim with aluminum foil lids.
The machine is equipped with an impeller pump that feeds the product directly from the customer’s supply tank to the filling nozzle, a germicidal lamp for cup treatment before filling and sealing, a device for sealing aluminum foil lids onto the cup rim, holder cassettes for cups and lids, and a removable accumulation table for finished products.
Rotation of the four-position support disc, placement of empty cups and removal of sealed cups, placement of the aluminum foil lid after dosing, as well as activation of the filling and sealing operations, are performed manually by the operator.
The unit is made of food-grade stainless steel.
