The 1000 L steam-heated long-term pasteurization tank is designed for the pasteurization of milk, cream, and other liquid products, as well as for fermentation processes, processing of curd and cheese coagulum, and mixing of multicomponent formulations in the food, chemical, and perfume and cosmetics industries.
Product cooling is carried out by displacing the heated water in the heat-exchange jacket with supplied cold water.
For greater operational convenience, a version with the “-01” designation is also available — IPKS-072-1000-01P(N). Its design feature is the presence of a coil inside the heat-exchange jacket, which allows accelerated cooling of the product by means of closed-loop cooling systems.
