Description:
The 200 L electric long-term pasteurization tank is designed for the pasteurization of milk, cream, and other liquid products, as well as for fermentation processes, processing of curd and cheese coagulum, and mixing of multicomponent formulations in the food, chemical, and perfume and cosmetics industries.
Product cooling is carried out by displacing the heated water in the heat-exchange jacket with supplied cold water.
The distinctive features of the IPKS-072-200M(N) modification are:
— the presence of two removable lids and a hinged frame carrying the agitator drive gear motor, which provides full access to the working volume of the tank at required process stages and allows this model to be widely used in cheese making as well;
— a quick-release frame agitator that ensures horizontal mixing of the product with minimal clearance between the agitator blades and the tank walls.
