The “Mozzarella” ball-forming module (drum-type doser) is designed to produce product in the form of balls, sticks, and rectangular pieces weighing from 10 to 500 g.
The shape and weight of the finished product are agreed upon at the time of order.
The drum-type doser is connected to the twin-screw machine for feeding cheese mass into the dosing unit with melting and kneading functions. The cheese dough inside the twin-screw machine is fed through an adapter to the Mozzarella ball-forming device.
