The machine is designed for applying self-adhesive labels to cans, bottles, and other cylindrical containers.
The automatic labeling unit is built as a single integrated system and includes an electromechanical labeling head, a container rotation mechanism in the form of horizontally arranged rotating shafts, a drive gear motor, and a control unit.
The self-adhesive label applicator starts automatically once the container is placed on the rotation mechanism. The unit can be easily adjusted to different container sizes and label dimensions.
The main advantage of the IPKS-099-01Ts(N) model is its ability to apply self-adhesive labels to cylindrical containers without the need for registration marks on the labels. Unlike the previous IPKS-099Ts(N) model, the labels used in this unit do not require a dedicated marked field for tracking label position.
