The trolley is designed for salting and/or transporting meat, fish, and other products at food processing and food industry enterprises.
Structurally, the trolley consists of a deep-drawn tank mounted on a welded frame. It is equipped with a handle and four swivel castors with a diameter of 100 mm. Each wheel is fitted with a brake, allowing the trolley to be securely fixed in position.
For draining brine or cleaning liquids, the lower part of the tank is fitted with a 20 mm drain connection with a screw plug.
The unit is made of food-grade stainless steel.
