This equipment is designed for marking tin lids with a thickness of 0.22–0.25 mm and a diameter from 60 to 110 mm, used for sealing tin cans.
The design of the lid positioning unit allows the machine to be quickly and easily adjusted for lids of different diameters and ensures accurate centering of the imprint on the lid.
The use of a resilient polyamide matrix guarantees clear embossing of letters and numbers on the tin lid without damaging its protective coating.
The marking block provides embossing on the inner side of the lid in accordance with GOST R 51074-97 “Food Products. Consumer Information. General Requirements”.
The machine is designed as a tabletop unit. The frame is made of structural steel with a two-layer polymer coating in “chrome metallic” color.
