This equipment is designed for seaming cylindrical tin cans with lids, manufactured in accordance with GOST 5981-88, with an internal diameter of 99 mm (Nos. 21, 2, 3, 8, 11, 12, 13) and an internal diameter of 72.8 mm (Nos. 1, 4, 7, 9, 43, 46, 57, 58, 59, 60), with can heights ranging from 17 to 124 mm.
Ordering additional parts kits (stop and cup) makes it possible to work with cans of other standard sizes.
A modification of the machine for seaming No. 14 tin cans (153 mm diameter, 172 or 276 mm height) can be manufactured on individual order.
The seaming machine is designed as a floor-standing unit. The frame is made of structural steel with a two-layer polymer coating in “chrome metallic” color.
Mounted on the support frame are a lifting table with pedal drive, a rotating stop for pressing the lid onto the can during seaming, and a manual lever for feeding the curling and pressing roller.
