The unit is designed for mixing minced meat and other chopped food products under vacuum conditions. The mixer is equipped with a paddle-type mixing device that ensures uniform blending of the product.
The lid is made of transparent acrylic, allowing visual monitoring of the mixing process. It is mounted on the frame and fitted with a safety interlock.
The design provides easy and convenient tilting of the bowl for unloading the product, secure fixation in the tilted position, and the possibility of operating the agitator in this position to remove product residues.
The gantry-type frame design allows the finished minced meat to be discharged directly into a standard 100 L trolley placed beneath the tilted bowl.
The unit is equipped with a vacuum pump and a vacuum gauge for monitoring residual pressure.
The mixer is made of food-grade stainless steel.
