The unit is designed for mixing minced meat and other chopped food products. The mixer is equipped with a paddle-type mixing device that ensures uniform blending of the product.
The lid is made of transparent acrylic, allowing visual monitoring of the mixing process. It is mounted on the frame and fitted with a safety interlock.
For convenient unloading of the minced product, the bowl can be tilted by means of a worm gearbox with manual drive, fixed in the tilted position, and the agitator can be operated in this position to remove product residues.
The gantry-type frame design allows the finished minced meat to be discharged directly into a standard 200 L trolley placed next to the tilted bowl.
The unit is made of food-grade stainless steel.
