The equipment set is designed for the production of breaded cutlets, meatballs, and other formed semi-finished products made from prepared minced meat.
In this patty production line, the IPKS-123M(N) automatic patty and meatball forming machine, installed on the IPKS-075-1.2(N) food-grade stainless steel table, operates together with the IPKS-130M(N) breading machine, which is installed on the IPKS-075-1.2POD(N) work stand.
The stand ensures height alignment between the discharge conveyor of the patty-forming machine and the receiving conveyor of the breading machine, which guarantees continuous operation of the IPKS-0213 line in the production of formed breaded minced products.
All equipment in the set is made of food-grade stainless steel. The design allows easy disassembly and convenient cleaning.
The line can produce semi-finished products of various shapes thanks to the interchangeable forming drums of the patty-forming machine.
