This equipment is designed for freezing (intensive cooling) heat-treated products, as well as meat, fish, and vegetable semi-finished products, patties, dumplings, and similar items in order to preserve their nutritional and organoleptic properties.

The high cooling rate and low temperature of up to -40 °C inside the blast freezing chamber are achieved through the use of a high-capacity compressor-condensing unit and a chamber with 100 mm thick thermally insulated walls.

The air cooler connected to the refrigeration unit is installed on the ceiling inside the chamber, which has internal dimensions of 1200 × 1200 × 2300 mm. The product to be cooled is placed on a food-grade stainless steel process trolley that can be easily rolled into the chamber. The trolley is equipped with 18 stainless steel gastronorm trays, and both the trolley and the trays are included in the standard delivery set.

The control unit is mounted externally on one of the side walls of the chamber and allows the cooling program to be set.

The rapid freezing chamber can operate in one of two standard modes: blast freezing or soft freezing. In blast freezing mode, the product is cooled intensively; for example, 100 kg of product can be cooled from +70 °C to -18 °C in 4 hours. In soft freezing mode, the product temperature is lowered to the required level while maintaining the preset temperature gradient between the product and the air inside the chamber.

Additional key features of the chamber include a convenient modular knock-down design, a reinforced floor with a permissible static load of up to 1500 kg/m², and an overlay door fitted with a special lock and a silicone gasket along the perimeter.
