The rotary vacuum sausage filler-twister is designed for stuffing frankfurters, sausages, and other sausage products, as well as for dosing sausage cheese, cottage cheese, and other homogeneous products into synthetic casings.
The unit provides portion filling of artificial and natural casings with non-structured minced meat and other homogeneous products such as pâtés, processed cheese, cottage cheese, jam, and similar products. The high product pressure generated by the rotor with 12 movable blades, together with the vacuum created inside the rotor housing, ensures dense filling of the casings.
For operation in twisting mode with synthetic sausage casings in sleeves, the filler is supplied with stuffing nozzles having outer diameters of 12 and 14 mm.
The presence of three independent automatic control channels allows separate adjustment of minced meat pressure, dosing accuracy, and the twisting frequency of the casings during the production of frankfurters, sausages, and other sausage products.
The filler can be used both for continuous casing filling and for portioned filling without twisting. The standard set includes three nozzles with outer diameters of 14, 20, and 38 mm, and 54 mm upon request, as well as a vacuum gauge and a medium separation chamber designed to prevent minced product from entering the vacuum pump.
The unit can be used with both natural and synthetic casings. For operation with natural casings, an additional nut (supplied separately upon request) is available, allowing the filler to operate with an open nozzle and enabling filling and twisting while the casing is held by hand. In this version, the filler can work with 12 and 14 mm nozzles, while 16 and 20 mm nozzles are also available on request.
The IPKS-047MP(N) filler is compatible with and can be easily integrated with industrial clippers of various brands.
The equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel.
