The screw-type vacuum portioning sausage filler is designed for stuffing frankfurters, sausages, and other sausage products, as well as for dosing pâtés, sausage cheese, cottage cheese, and other homogeneous products into synthetic casings.

The unit provides portion filling of artificial and natural casings with non-structured minced meat and other homogeneous products such as pâtés, processed cheese, cottage cheese, jam, and similar products. The high product pressure generated by the rotating screw, together with the vacuum, ensures dense filling of the casings.

The filler can be used both for continuous casing filling and for portioned filling without twisting. The standard set includes three nozzles with outer diameters of 14, 20, and 38 mm, and 54 mm upon request, as well as a vacuum gauge and a medium separation chamber designed to prevent minced product from entering the vacuum pump.

The unit can be used with both natural and synthetic casings. The IPKS-047ShD(N) filler is compatible with and can be easily integrated with industrial clippers of various brands.

The equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel.

A screw-type filler model IPKS-047ShP(N) is also available, additionally equipped with the function of automatic stuffing and twisting of frankfurters.
