This equipment is designed for thermal processing (blanching and boiling) of fruit and vegetable, meat, and fish products.
For greater convenience, the blancher can be additionally equipped with two mesh baskets IPKS-073-04(N) (13 liters each) and an IPKS-073-07(N) attachment, on which the baskets containing thermally processed product can be placed for draining and collecting liquid.
Structurally, the blancher is a deep-drawn tank mounted in a rectangular frame and thermally insulated on the sides.
The bottom of the tank is fitted with three tubular electric heaters. The automatic control unit allows the temperature of the heat-transfer medium to be set and maintained for extended periods.
The blancher is made of food-grade stainless steel.
