The vacuum meat massager (marinator) is designed to accelerate the curing process.
The massaging of raw material in the production of meat delicacies is carried out in a rotating cylindrical hopper from which air is evacuated. The hopper is mounted on roller supports installed on a gantry-type frame. The frame also carries the vacuum pump and the control unit.
At the end side, the hopper is closed with a quick-release lid intended for loading and unloading raw material. Inside the hopper, there are three rounded frame blades designed for gentle massaging of the product.
The unit is equipped with sensors for monitoring the vacuum level and temperature inside the hopper.
The automatic control unit allows programming of the massager operation, including setting the duration of forward and reverse hopper rotation, as well as the pause time between rotations.
The vacuum meat massager is made of food-grade stainless steel.
