The meat grinder (industrial meat mincer) with a capacity of not less than 1000 kg/h is designed for grinding boneless trimmed meat to produce minced meat, as well as for trimming meat of at least Grade 2. The unit is suitable for processing fresh and chilled meat at temperatures not lower than –2 °C, including beef, pork, and poultry, in the production of sausages and other meat products. It can also be used for grinding other products with similar consistency.
When outlet knife plates with hole diameters of 3 or 5 mm are used, the machine produces standard minced meat. For coarse-ground meat in the form of granulated mince, an additional N33 inlet plate and insert IPKS-132.00.00.004 may be used. The insert is included in the standard set, while the additional plate is supplied separately.
The grinder can also be fitted with additional outlet knife plates with an outer diameter of 114 mm and various hole sizes, allowing precise control over particle size, texture, and uniformity of the minced product.
Meat or other raw material is loaded into the receiving hopper with a capacity of not less than 100 liters. Under its own weight, the product is fed to the screw. For personnel safety, the upper part of the hopper is protected by a hinged guard fitted with an interlock and opening sensor. In the lower section of the hopper, the product is picked up by the screw and fed to the cutting mechanism. A reverse mode is provided, allowing the screw to rotate in the opposite direction and return product residues from the cutting unit back into the hopper throat when required.
The cutting unit consists of an inlet plate, two knives with an intermediate plate, and an outlet plate. The grinding degree starts from 3 mm.
The grinder is made entirely of stainless steel, including the frame, casing, hinged guard, all product-contact surfaces, and the cutting mechanism, ensuring full compliance with food industry requirements.
The climatic design corresponds to UHL 4 according to GOST 15150-69, allowing operation at ambient temperatures from +1 to +35 °C, relative humidity from 45 to 80%, and atmospheric pressure from 84 to 107 kPa (630 to 800 mmHg).
The electrical protection rating corresponds to IP54 according to GOST 14254-96.
The grinder is mounted on individually height-adjustable supports, making it possible to level the unit accurately and prevent vibration during operation.
The screw is made of high-strength food-grade stainless steel and ensures continuous feeding of the product to the cutting mechanism.
The 5.5 kW gear motor provides a capacity of not less than 1000 kg/h.
Its compact design allows operation in small production areas, while the height of 130 cm makes it possible to load raw materials without additional loading devices.
Easy disassembly ensures quick and thorough washing and sanitation. High-quality double-sided welds eliminate pores and therefore prevent bacterial accumulation.
Upon request, the control unit can be equipped with a frequency controller for smooth speed adjustment. This provides more flexible process control, including soft start and speed variation depending on the hardness of the processed raw material.
All necessary spare parts and accessories, including knives and screws for the grinder, can be supplied upon request.
